| Introduction | So glad you stopped by. Please feel free to leave a comment if you'd like. I'm interested in what you have to say. I love to create things with my hands, watch my cats Taco and Tamale play, listen to rain on the roof, and to laugh. I do mixed-media collage that incorporates my interest in the sacredness of life and my love of symbols. I just discovered encaustic and am totally hooked! I was an elementary teacher for several years before going to Switzerland to study at the Jung Institute. I trained as an art therapist in England for three years before settling in Oregon. I have edited several non-fiction books and plan to start writing plays again when my time management skills are more developed. I create workshops, facilitate celebrations using art (birthdays, graduations, wedding and baby showers, etc.), and do commission work. |
