Introduction I'm a long-time vegetarian who doesn't really like vegetables and a professional chef. Lately obsessed with seitan, I'm continually on the search for the perfect wheat meat to satisfy those primal cravings. I cook rather liberally with wine and butter, and likely you'll never find anything like Bragg amino acids or kelp in my pantry. I'm sure those things are nice, but I need the space for black truffle oil and real balsamic vinegar.
