| Introduction | Hi there. I'm retired and spending most of my time piecing fabric I've only looked at for years, working toward finishing a couple of WIPs that are promised, and starting new WIPs. The other thing I do is browse around to see what others are doing and gain inspiration and excitement at the possibilities. The avatar picture is my great great grandmother who lived and and (no doubt) quilted in rural Kentucky in the late 1800's. I love quilts old and new and colors bright and subtle. My favorite places are art supply shops and fabric stores packed with rows and rows of colors and patterns. I hope you'll enjoy what I share and already know I love looking at your projects. It goes along with my topic of Quilt Knowlogy - the study of quilt knowledge! |
