| Favorite movies | Brokeback Mountain, My Big Fat Greek Wedding, The Wedding Banquet (another film by Ang Lee who did Annie Proulx's story of Brokeback Mountain), Oh God starring George Burns saw this when Burns was in his 90's, Latter Days (a Mormon missionary and a West Hollywood party boy type who is falling in love with the missionary after trying to make him on a bet he has with his co-workers that he won't succeed...just buy the movie on DVD to find out the rest of this poignant love story! |
| Favorite music | All kinds, church music including that of organ, piano, chimes (our church has a chimes choir) handbell choir, classical, Renaissance music, Celtic music, American and international folk music of all kinds, Alphorn, Swiss cow bells, etc. |
| Favorite books | Knitting books, hymn and prayer books, language books, cook books, travel books, books of gay interest, one I am reading is called All Through The Night a Trouble-Shooter Christmas by Suzanne Brockmann author and mother of a gay son. Part of each sale of her books goes to MassEquality that fights to protect gay marriage in Massachusetts and now which helping to bring marriage equality to all of the New England states, Ludwig 2, Swan King of Bavaria is next on my list to read... |
