| Introduction | Hi all! I'm just a girl whose got some thoughts and stories to share with those who are willing to read. And I'm OK if that's just me. I'm a devoted follower of Jesus, a wife, a high school English teacher on Long Island, a mom to too-many-cats (I blame my husband for that), and hopefully, to a real baby, as soon as God blesses us. I'm 38almost39, been married for almost 3 years, and have lived in NY for my whole life( and that equal TOO LONG!). I've also known Jesus almost my whole life, and that can never be LONG ENOUGH. I believe that the human experience is a mix of the beautiful and the tragic, but the hand of God is able to redeem it all. I'm writing this blog because I need to write this, but I hope it might mean something to you as well. |

| Favorite movies | Oh man - it's embarrassing, but I love stupid comedies: Napolean Dynamite, Nacho Libre, Mean Girls, Clueless, Elf, Bruce Almighty...those are probably some of the ones I laugh the hardest at. |
| Favorite music | Mostly worship music- Hillsong is my favorite. Also like Chris Tomlin, Jeremy Camp...I"m a little out of the loop. |
| Favorite books | Oh gosh, embarrassing again. I'm an English teacher but I don't do a lot of outside reading. Probably b/c I am an English teacher, lol. But CS Lewis is probably one of my favorite writers. I am also a fan of John Eldredge. |
