Introduction	I am mom to an 8 year-old born with a severe form of cerebral palsy. This makes me an expert in fields like physical therapy, child development, augmentative communication as well as cooking for people with severe feeding difficulties. Most days I wear these hats with a smile. As CEO of Isis, Inc., it has been my unpaid job to move the mountains. This has so far been the toughest job I have ever loved.
