| Introduction | When I was little, I was going to be an artist. My specialty was going to be painting. Somewhere along the line, I discovered that painters don't make much and nobody knows who they are until they are dead. And I didn't necessarily have any artistic talent. So I ditched that plan and figured I'd be a writer. Then I realized that writing is hard. Now I just read the books. After a hellish stint as an insurance adjuster, I went back to school to get my Master's degree and now I am a Librarian, though we are pretty much called Branch Managers nowadays. Who would have known it doesn't pay much either? I have been married to my husband and best friend, Kyle for nearly 13 years and we have two children-- Eva is the oldest and Jonah just turned two. In my spare time, I like to run. |
