Introduction	I am a physician, specialising in Internal Medicine, with an interest in Intensive Care Medicine. Here I will rant about what I think cannot be stated often enough: whatever your views, any discussion that willfully ignores, or refutes, logic and the scientific method is ipso facto immoral. No, my musings will not be limited to the medical field, nor will I guarantee they will defer to ideological arguments. Currently my specialisation is on hold, emigrated for private reasons and when I have settled may finish it.
