| Introduction | I grew up in a family that loved pets. My parents owned pet stores in both California and Oregon while I was growing up and my mother was a top-tier groomer. I had a llama, several goats, sheep, fish, hamsters, cats, dogs and birds at some point in my childhood. I've been exposed to the industry for over 30 years now and seen the changes that have occurred in pet food and animal nutrition first-hand.
