| Introduction | I'm a father of two little children who are the center of my world. My wife and I have always loved food and have been very open to all kinds of food. We would never have guessed that our son, would be such a picky eater. Couple the picky eating, my lactose intolerance and my wife's gluten allergy and we have quite a challenge cooking in our home. Luckily, I like cooking and have been experimenting with recipes to make our meals tasty and healthy... and to sneak a few vegetable into my son's meat and starch diet that he tends to favor. |
