Introduction A little of my background:   I am currently the assistant to the Pastry Chef/cake baker at Casanova Restaurant in Carmel, California. I attended the Culinary Institute of America Greystone Campus. Currently I am attending Monterey Peninsula College to recieve a degree in Hospitality Management. I have previously worked at The Inn at Spanish Bay- Pebble Beach as a Pastry Intern. There, I helped with the cake orders, as well as some of their everyday desserts for the many restaurants inside of the hotel. I also helped with banquet desserts. I have been baking since I was a child, and decided when I was about 14 years old that I wanted to spend my life making others happy through my desserts. *I am also Servsafe Certified!
