| Introduction | Each chorus has relevance to my blog. For starters, who is Mary Mack and why is she all dressed in black? Is it because she's 15 pounds heavier than she wants to be and thinks dark colors hide it? Well, if that's true, then call me Mary. I'm constantly my spiritual walk and I've realized that having a spiritual core is very very vital, particularly to when taking care of your body. Now, I've had many false starts on my physical fitness and weight battles, forgetting that LOVE is food for my soul, not fries. I'm going to treat my body like the temple that it is. I have always been on a journey to expand my brain power. I still do not believe I've found my passion yet though. I am working everyday to become closer to my God, my family and my good friends. |
