| Introduction | I come from Saipan, a tiny island in the Pacific ocean. (Google pls) I am a Chamorro and Filipino. Being a mestiza, or halfcast of two distinguished races has taught me a lot. I have gained the experiences of both my cultures and applied them to my everyday life. My culture, personally speaking, has influenced the person I am today... I respect my beliefs and traditions whole-heartedly with gratitude. One day, I would like to travel around the world and visit exotic places like Brazil or Italy. It's time I experience other cultural beliefs besides the ones I practice at home. The sky is the limit, and I believe that anything is possible if you have the right amount of hope and faith. |
