How tall would you be if you had never cut your fingernails?
I will probably be as tall as the giant Gundam robot in Tokyo, who eats smoke-belching cars then regurgitates them after three minutes, just because you'd never find a bulimic robot anywhere else. Besides, smoke-belchers are probably considered junk food in the robot diet.
