| Introduction | I am a mother of 3 great kids and two super cute grandsons. I live with my best friend and husband Dave. I am a cancer survivor, which is what set me on this journey to begin with. I started this blog to help those just starting to learn about all things "chi" demystify the language associated with Meditation and energy "Chi" I am a Mormon, and believe in the Atonement of Jesus Christ. I had to overcome some preconceived notions and realized that it does go hand in hand with the gospel. Who knew? Christians CAN meditate without feeling guilty! My hope is that I can share some of the things that l have learned through insights, articles and links that took me months to gather.
