Introduction	I'm an English as a Second Language Instructor with a Master's Degree in Sociology. I'm also an International Tax Accountant and Certified Public Accountant. I'm an American, living and working overseas, and travel has been my life's greatest pleasure. The goal of this blog is to hold myself accountable to the fact that I want to use both sides of my brain. The experiment goes as follows: maybe, by posting about the things that I do and the things that I think about, I'll realize that I'm spending too much of my life favoring the Left Side of my brain (characterized by logic, details, facts, math, order, reality, being practical and safe) or too much of the Right Side of my brain (feelings, the "big picture", imagination, philosophy, spatial perception, fantasy, impetuousness, being a risk-taker.) By identifying my bias, I hope to shift towards the center, thus maximizing both the capabilities of my brain and the possibilities of my life.
