| Introduction | Like most women I wear many hats. I am a wife, mommy, food junkie, gym rat, avid reader and multi-tasker extraordinaire. In the last two years or so I have also started to delve into the "crunchy" world. I can't honestly say I'm all in because, let's be honest, I don't grow my own food (I have a black thumb), I still like Chick-fil-a, my plastic using Keurig is my best friend, and I have no desire to convert to cloth diapers. However, I have started to implement changes a little bit at a time in order to work towards becoming a healthier, happier and less chemically reliant family. Maybe one day I will take the plunge to being all out "granola" but for now I do what I can to tailor natural and traditional living to my modern life. In short, I'm what I like to call "Halfway Crunchy." Note: that does say Crunchy - NOT Crazy. :) |
