Location	Blacksburg, VA
Introduction	Well, let's see...do you have kids? Let alone 3 of them? If the answer to either of those is yes, then you know all about the trials and tribulations of child rearing. Most days at our house are rather uneventful however, if you check in often enough you'll get know just how crazy our 3 kids can be and the only time our house is ever quite is when they are sleeping (that's if you ignore all the snoring going on). We love our kids and our life and wouldn't have it any other way! Enjoy our journey and come visit us often!
Interests	hiking, camping, traveling, cooking, reading, gardening
Favorite Movies	Simon Birch, Little Manhattan, Anything with Tom Hanks The Sound of Music (Xander and I watch this every year)
Favorite Music	Music is a huge part of our lives. Xander plays guitar and sax and is working on forming his own band. He likes punk, alt. rock and those classic 70's & 80's hits, ie the Beatle, Eric C., the Stones, etc. The rest of the family enjoys ALL types of music.
Favorite Books	We are all avid readers. I like James Patterson, Nicholas Sparks type novels in addition to real life works like "Same Kind of Different as Me" a great book if you haven't read it. Bob likes suspense, action and fantasy books. Xander, well, Xander reads anything and everything he can get his hands on in every spare second of his time. SOmetimes he even reads them 2-3 times because he runs out of books to read. We can't keep him in books as fast as he reads them. One of his favorite things to do is grab a "decaf" or smoothie Starbucks (yes, I know, don't lecture me) and hang out at Barnes and Noble for hours on end.
