Favorite music	Duran Duran of course! I also enjoy John Cougar Mellencamp, Austin Cunningham, The Killers, Hootie & the Blowfish, Natalie Merchant, Adele, Muse, Ray LaMontagne, Muse, old Country & Western; "Texas" Country, Damien Rice, anything I can dance to or that illicits some emotional response. And if I can get my groove thang on...that's good music.
Favorite books	Eat Pray Love, any Kay Scarpetta/Patricia Cornwell book, true crime, and some random history or (auto-)biographries such as "My Life In Letters & Other Writings" by George H.W. Bush, Nando Parrado, anything by Brene Brown
