Introduction	I'm a shy sort and I need to get the hell over that. This blog is just me being me, warts, mess and all. Actually, I don't have warts. Mess on the other hand? Yep, that I've got. This is an attempt to look at things honestly. Hiding away has not got me where I need to be. Time to hold that mirror up, take a good long look at what needs changed ... and maybe notice that there is some good there too :)
