| Introduction | Terrance, a Senior Audit Manager in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications practice at Deloitte, he has more than 11 years of professional experience, serving public and private companies in the wireless telecommunications, software, manufacturing, and other technology and media related industries. Terrance is a subject matter resource as it relates to software accounting, and has assisted several technology companies in their IPO efforts.
