| Introduction | I’m an author. I’m a mom. I'm a wife. I’m a sister. I’m a friend. I write and edit for a living. And I laugh, I work, I write, I garden, I travel, I experience, I read, I cry, I befriend, and I sing (really horribly) for a life. I've worked in the travel industry, the bookstore industry, and the internet industry. I have a B.S. degree in Journalism (major in advertising), a few upper graduate courses in business, a smattering of undergraduate courses in communication design, and an advanced degree in housewifery (at which I'm much better than singing). After I arrived at midlife, I realized more and more life is all about balance and moderation and... living somewhere in the middle. |
