IntroductionMarried to a beautiful wife, four great sons. I live in an old victorian house that we are currently restoring. Always trying to be a better father and husband. Better father is easy, just be there for them, listen to them, give them some of your time. Better husband, better person, harder to do unless you pay attention. Avoid stagnation, never take her for granted, share, share chores, share laughter, share memories, share concerns, share your finances, share your heart. Grow with her, don't let things pass you by (makes you a better father as well). I like hiking, fitness, the outdoors, science and history. I also like to read, Science fact, history, science fiction and fantasy whenever I can find time to. My role models have been my grandfather, Star Trek, my wife, and a few others scattered here and there along the way. I've been a soldier, police officer, and electronics technician, good to have variety... Police officer was my favorite, solder second, tech pays the bills better, however... I do believe that life is a journey, not a destination, many paths to choose from, and if you stay true to yourself you can't really go wrong.
