Introduction	I'm a single mom raising a beautiful daughter while trying to work full time and have a social life. The latter is difficult, but my favorite thing in the world is being with my daughter, so I guess life is good.
Interests	My daughter, animals (especially my three dogs and one cat), KU basketball (ROCK CHALK JAYHAWK!!), reading, writing, outdoors, history, spirituality (a work in progress)
Favorite movies	"The English Patient" (an emotional staple), "The Family Stone" (fabulous newish flick), "Seems Like Old Times" (hilarious oldie)
Favorite music	Runs the gamut, but I prefer acoustic stuff with meaningful lyrics, like Van Morrison and John Mayer. For fun, I enjoy a little Jimmy Buffet or Gwen Stefani. If I had a choice of a decent radio station in Birmingham (which I don't), I'd make "Reg's Coffeehouse" full time. (UPDATE: 100.5, now including Reg's Coffeehouse, is pretty close!)
Favorite books	Are there other books out there besides parenting guides? Books on spirituality and bettering one's self.
