| Introduction | I am a woman who desires with all her heart to share God's love, and knows the need to hear an encouraging word now and then. I am greatly blessed by the things that God has done in my life so far. Most of the wonderful things that I have seen come to fruition have developed through tough times and journeys through the dessert. It is in these times that I find myself calling out His name and seeking out the support of the friends He has blessed me with. We all need relationships with people who will help us stand when we have fallen so many times that it hurts to even think of attempting to get up again. We need each other, and most of all we need the Lord. There is no other way to find victory in this life but to lay down our stubborn will and accept the perfect plan of our Heavenly Father. In Jeremiah 29:11 He tells us:"For I know the plans I have for you...to give you a future and a hope." This verse reminds me of His love for me, and helps me to let go of my plans when His "interfere". Or possibly visa versa! |
