Introduction	Sheila is an unassuming girl with big voice whose passion for music came from the heart. As the second local music artist launched by rslphoenix music, a team of independent Ilonggo music producers, they saw this girl’s untapped potential in music—simple face, big voice, unique musical package. Shiela hails from Barrio Obrero in Iloilo City, Philippines. At 16, she is both an academic achiever and active in various forms of performing arts. Singing comes out naturally for her and she can even do it effortlessly like an artistic expression. Furthermore, she’s also advocating the importance of supporting locally-made Ilonggo music and remains proud of our native language especially in music. She is gifted with a soothing vocal flexibility that can mesmerize listeners and capture their affinity by heart.
