About me

Introduction I was a normal, lean kid; then turned into a somewhat overweight teenager, but didn't really care; finally, after becoming significantly more overweight on dorm food something snapped. I started counting calories and tracking exercise, and went from a BMI of 30.7 to 21.8 in 10 months. Now I am seeking an equilibrium where I can feel nourished, have treats sometimes, do exercise I enjoy, and maintain a nice body while keeping my other priorities in focus.
