| Introduction | My name is Sonnee. I am Thai and my wonderful husband, jeff is American. After we married, I have been spending time at home and do nothing. One day, there is a course arranged by Thai government called “Food and Herbal Processing” I decided to enroll this course and go to school everyday but that was just for fun. Each day, I came back with new food and herbal product’s recipe. My husband and I were surprised how many products we can make from one kind of herbal. I have made some sample and gave away to my family, friends and relatives. I have received positive feedback and I started to think about having our own family business. Thai herbs have constituted a great part of Thai traditional medicine and natural means of health and beauty care of Thai people. Knowledge of the usage and health benefit of herbal medicine has become the valuable “ancient wisdom” of Thailand, which has been passed on from generation to generation.
