| Introduction | Dr. Rob Elkington, Ph.D., lives in Canada where he serves as an Adjunct Professor at the Ontario Tech University in the Faculty of Business and IT, the Faculty of Education, and the Faculty of Social Sciences. Rob is also a Senior Lecturer with the Stellenbosch University School of Public Leadership in Cape Town South Africa. Rob is also serves as a faculty member with Trent University Durham's Master of Management program. These various affiliations provide opportunities to facilitate several undergraduate and graduate courses related to leadership. Rob has published a range of peer-reviewed journal articles, books, book chapters, and peer-reviewed presentations.
