| Introduction | Hi, I'm a Cajun from Assumption Parish who is a major Foodie. I've been in the food business most of my life and thought I'd share my thoughts and ask for yours about fruits and vegetables. Among the many reasons why I'm interested in fresh produce is the seasonal nature of the beasts - many of the seasons peak for less than 2 months, so if you want to enjoy the bounty at its best, vary your menus accordingly and you and your guests will always have something to savor as well as have new things to talk about at every meal.
