| Introduction | I have 16 years Commercial Management experience with 10 years Operations Management for a large multi-line insurance agency. I have been a licensed insurance agent/broker since 1984, and have been the lead person in several projects including the office relocations as well as IT conversions, and business aquisitions. I have experience in HR issues, recruiting, training, leading, and developing employees. I advise executives on California laws and regulations in order to keep us out of trouble. I have participated in IT projects, and have some experience in server/networking. I am the Commercial Unit Manager that leads the Commercial Account Representatives in all aspects of writing and servicing accounts. I keep abreast of all insurance laws and regulations in order to lead a successful team. In 2007, I earned a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Calfornia State University, Bakersfield, and in 2009, received a Masters in Business Administration with a concentration in Executive Management from Colorado Technical University. I love my job and helping with Risk Management for my own organization as well as our clients. |
