Introduction	I am a 30 something year old woman who's life has been changed by having a baby. I am happily married to the love of my life, and our little girl Lucy has shown us how to love in a way that we never thought was possible. This blog is meant for all women, but specifically pregnant women, more specifically first time pregnant women. It is also meant for my "sisters" in every sense of the word, to have somewhere to go when they want to see what worked for me and my first baby. It is also a journal of how I was able to go through my pregnancy, labour and delivery with a positive, optimistic and open attitude. How I was able to put aside any negativity that would consciously or not affect the out come of my childbirth experience. Along with a few helpful hints, products I love and useful information on what I have found to be best for my baby.
