About me

Location	Lafayette, IN, United States
Introduction	My name is Laurie. I am the ART teacher at a local Catholic elementary school. This is my second year teaching art. I have learned soooo much during the past two years. I owe much of my success to the internet. It has been a wonderful resource and provided me with a wealth of information. I tend to be very creative. My mind races with artistic thoughts! An idea can be created by a spark but expand into a firework. I love introducing an idea and watching the students develop it further. The students are wonderful! They are what drive me. It is wonderful to see the students in different settings and see their various talents - not just art. I have volunteered at the school for the past 15 years. Primarily, I have worked in the library. I also provide support for our Accelerated Reader program.
