| Introduction | The Other Side is often thought of as oppositional: the other side of an argument, a rival team or competing business. I like to think of it as the other side of an equation, where a problem has been worked through and a result derived. This is a much better analogy for life than the automatic and often arbitrary adversarial stances that are fostered in this culture. See my first blog for more on dialog.
