| Introduction | I moved to the Canary Islands in 2004 where I am now settled with my artist partner. I have been involved in the Martial Arts for 30 plus years, I love reading, music, walking,jogging and enjoying that special stillness within which comes through meditation. Before moving to Tenerife I was a Sales, Marketing and Business Consultant and a Motivator. I also spent a number of years in the Financial Services. I am and have always been deeply committed to helping people find themselves through healing and motivational mentoring, inspiring them in all aspects of their lives. I believe the first principle of good spiritual, mental and physical health is to find peace within one’s self. |
