Introduction	I am a 54 year old farmer with three adult children, Mark 25, James 21 and Jonny 18. I have been married to Eunice for 33 years. Eunice has Multiple Sclerosis. I am in my third year as chairman of the Hereford and District Branch of the MS Society. I am a committed christian and deacon of Ballingham Chapel and a governor of Holme Lacy Primary School. I have supported Hereford United for many years and have sponsored players including John Grant and Ryan Green(now at Bristol Rovers!!) I started raising money for the MS Society in 2001 when I ran the London Marathon. I followed this by running the New York Marathon just 6 weeks after 9/11. In 2002 I persuaded a group of 10 friends to do the Great North Run with me. I was 2nd slowest!! In 2003 I did the London Marathon again but my knees were beginning to give me trouble. So in November 2004 I got on my bike and cycled from Land's End to John o'Groats (well the Orkneys actually) These events combined enabled me to raise from my fantastic sponsors and supporters over £35000.
