Introduction	I'm an entrepreneur in a process of launching a multi-media start-up, but I guess I can say my passion lies with food. I love to cook and I love to eat, but what I love most about the food is the act of everybody gathering around the table for the feast - a truly social aspect of food. I appreciate good looking plate of food as much as the next guy, but I don't consider plating an art form. I believe that simplicity is beautiful. So here, my goal is to give personal opinions about eating out in the very best eating establishments of Tallinn, since of course I also like to eat out. A little warning for everybody - the higher the numbers on the menu, the more critical I usually become.I just can't help it.
