| Introduction | i want yoga to be a travelling companion for everyone because yoga knows no boundaries. "irem durdag" is the name i was born with, "indrani" is my spiritual name. i use both. the "i" is used in lower case to symbolize the ego that we so cannot do without and the fact that we can if we try just a little harder. i have lived in Pakistan, the Mid-West, New England and East coast in the United States, in Turkey and now in Australia. catch yourself and become aware. |
