| Introduction | I and my partner in life, Sue, both retired, travel to learn. We're caravanning enthusiasts as might be obvious from these blogs. I started out as a Teacher of Physics all those years ago, finishing my career as Principal & Chief Executive of a Further Education Corporation; I retain an interest in the life opportunities of young people and support policies that strive to ensure fair opportunities and experiences for people from all backgrounds, races and gender. I've spent the years since retirement living across Spain and the UK and travelling. I think Brexit is, perhaps, one of the biggest examples of self harm any successful country has inflicted upon itself in recent years. We can no longer, of course, live across two countries or travel the Schengen Zone as we did prior to Bexit. |
