Introduction	Old retired American, retired to the Philippines in 2002 after being stationed there in the early 60's, with plenty of visits back. Before anyone comments, no I am not a writer, nor have thoughts of being one. Not a cook either, but I will comment on anything I might take an urge to comment on.
Interests	Baking, some areas of cooking,Curing and smoking meats, but most of all sweet Breads.
Favorite movies	"Sargent York" was one of the best, "Crank" was good also, then there was "Snakes on a plane", The fabulous James Bond thrillers, "look Who's Coming to Dinner", just too many to list.
Favorite music	Ahhh, the list is too long.
Favorite books	Dick Francis, W.E.B. Griffin, John D. MacDonald, John Sandford "Prey" series, Lawrence Sanders,Michael Connelly,Vince Flynn,Dick Francis
