| Introduction | Started life as an Advertising Copywriter, then one fine day disappeared to the Himalayas. Toured the entire nation and several parts of the world learning – and teaching – Yoga, Meditation and other aspects of Spirituality. Some of the ashrams I stayed at and learned at: BKS Iyengar Institute, Maharshi Mahesh Yogi’s Meditation Centre, Bihar School of Yoga, Vipassana Meditation Institute, Kaivalyadhama, Lonavala, sVyasa, Bangalore, Sivananda Ashram, Rishikesh and Kerala, Brahmakumari Ashram, Chinmayananda Mission, Sri Aurobindo Ashram, Yoga Niketan, Rishikesh, Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram, Chennai, Pattabhi Jois’ Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute Mysore. Also visited hundreds of remote parts of rural India – sea sides, riversides, countrysides, mountainsides, deserts, plains,. Met many Mystics and Psychics along the way, and received their blessings. Finally, learned Sanskrit, Ayurveda and Vedic Scriptures in an Arya Samaj Gurukul. Returned home, to Mumbai, after 12 years with Blessings, Divine Herbs and many, many Healing Techniques that I wish to share with all. |
