| Introduction | 初 步 说 明： 玲 珑 拉 挽 启 民 华 小 创 立 于 1939 年1月 12 日。 起 初， 启 民 华 小 仅 能 租 借拉 挽 区 的 一 家 小 店 进 行 教 学。而 当 时 的 学 生 亦 仅 有 20 人， 为 数 不 多。 启 民 华 小 创 立 不 久 之 后 ，当 地 的 居 民 开 始 意 识 教 育 之 重 要 性 并 在 当 地 发 起 了 建 校 基 金 筹 款 活 动 。 经 当 地 居 民 的 积 极 与 努 力， 启 民 华 小 成 功 向 玲 珑 区、 江 沙、 太 平 甚 至 怡 保 的 居 民 筹 获 一 笔 款 项 并 于 1940 年 成 功 建 立 启 民 华 小 校 舍。 SJK(C)KHAY BENG originated in 12.1.1939.Initially SJK(C)KHAY BENG only able to rent a small shop and only enrolled 20 students.Soon,the residents of Raban started to realize the importance of education.They succeeded collecting fund from residents of Kuala Kangsar,Lenggong,Taiping even as far as Ipoh to build the school.SJK(C)KHAY BENG was successfully built in 1940. |
