| Introduction | I started working with computers at a young age as a freelance hardware and software technician. I would accept jobs from computer maintenance, operating system and application software installation to hardware and software upgrade, computer networking and hardware/software troubleshooting. Currently, I work as a technical support representative for a company that manufactures notebook computers. My role is to give technical assistance to north american customers and process service and product orders through phone, and my knowledge with computers and as well as my English communications skills is of a great advantage. I also have some experience in: Desktop Publishing - Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw Data Entry and Office Applications - Microsoft Office, Open Office Web Design and Animation - HTML, Dreamweaver and Flash Programming Language - C, C++, C#, Visual Basic |
