Introduction	I am a qualified chef. I completed a 3 year chef course through Silwood School of Cookery situated in Rondebosch, Cape Town. The style of cooking I was taught is Gourmet French Cuisine. I love to explore with fresh ingredients. My absolute favourate is to create something that looks beautiful and at the same time tastes heavanly. It is nice to go to restaurant once in a blue moon, but I feel why go to a restaurant and pay an arm and a leg for dinner if I can make it myself. Through this blog, I would like to share ideas and recipes to help you create good food at your own home. It is important when and where you buy your ingredients.
