| Introduction | I am a mom and a full-time high school special education teacher who loves her job! I also LOVE to BAKE! I think this stems from my own mom's talent in the kitchen. The name Carabelli comes from my Great Grandmother, who I never knew. My mom told me about how she used to bake lots of special cookies and store them in large cookie tins. My mom still has Grandma Carabelli's tins. I look forward to seeing the tins and adding a picture of inspiration to this blog! As for cakes...well I just LOVE them! I am excited about creating new things that make kids laugh and tastebuds smile! |
