Introduction I joined Mount St. Scholastica as a postulant in August 2016 and made my perpetual profession on May 15, 2022. I graduated from Benedictine College in 1984 with a degree in English and from Loyola College in 1989 with a master's in pastoral counseling. I lived in St. Louis for 13 years, where I was a member of St. Cronan Church and worked as a manuscript editor at a medical publishing company. I was on staff at Shantivanam House of Prayer from 2002-2009. I have self-published two books of poetry, "Still Life: Contemplative Poems" and "Grace Upon Grace." My ministries at Mount St. Scholastica include serving as oblate director of the Atchison deanery and editing the community magazine, "Threshold," and the spirituality magazine "Benedictines." I am currently a second-year student in the Souljourners spiritual direction training program at Sophia Spirituality Center.
