| Introduction | Getting started...from 2 halftimers to 8 kids in 5 years and how it happened. Whoa...to fully understand this we have to go back about 10 yrs ago when I was 16. At this point in my life, God placed a desire in my heart to be married and have kids and stay at home to raise them. And so I went about my life....only this desire kept getting stronger and stronger. I never had any plans to go to college because I knew what I was supposed to do. Only one problem...graduated high school and didn't even have a boyfriend, so I went ot college and was miserable for a year. When I was 20, I ran into my childhood sweetheart (you know the guy who was my boyfriend for a week at a time, and my friends boyfriend on all the other weeks) We began dating steadily and within 2-3 weeks I knew he was "The One". We were engaged in 2 months and married in 6 months. God listened to my desires and gave me a husband complete with 2 kids upon marriage. You see, My husband already had a son (Pickle) and also had stepped in as Father to Pickle's older half-sister (J). We are blessed to get to spend half of every single week with Pickle and J to this day. Now... |
