SECME (Science-Engineering-Communications-Mathematics) is a nation-wide nonprofit organization established in 1975 and based at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA. The goal of the partners, participants and parents involved in SECME is to increase the pool of historically under-represented, geographically under-served, and differently abled students prepared to enter and complete post-secondary studies in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM), thus creating a diverse and globally competitive workforce. |
