Introduction	Kavitha Gupta, CIPP/A is Senior Corporate Counsel for a IT Company & a leading Privacy and Technology Counsel with over 16 years of experience in IT & ITES sector. Kavitha worked with Airbus Group India as its Head Legal advising on business and transactional matters in India including Bizlab, Airbus’ start-up incubator and was involved in setting up the first Airbus Flight Training Center (ATO) in India. Kavitha also worked with Hitachi Consulting overseeing the legal function for its APAC region which encompasses IT and Cloud Computing contracts, Privacy and Data Protection, Global Compliances and Employment matters and with Wipro Technologies in the Compliance team heading Compliances for Americas on US Export Control laws, FCPA, US employment laws and was key in automation of employment related matters for Americas
