| Introduction | Tania: member of huge loving italian family. daughter of restaurant owners. sister to two. friend to only the very good. i decided to make a blog about food. how i see it, food is how i approach life. some people take a zen approach, while others take a more religious approach. well, mine is based solely on food. i think food unites people. cultures, differences, and stubbornness all seem to fade when enjoying a great meal together. one of the main reasons why i love traveling so much is because i get to see another world's culture and traditions, one of the main traditions being food! now, why the blog? well, to put it simply, i'm not much a cook. my mother & father are both great cooks and we work in the restaurant industry, so why am isn't my name chef tania? this blog will hopefully help me become a better cook while combining my love of life with my enormous love for food. |
